Mihayo Ng’wananogu has more than 8-years’ experience in the design and supervision of Power systems, lighting scheme, fire detection and alarm system, security system i.e., CCTV and access control system (ACS) for projects of various magnitudes.

He is also experienced in Power Plant design, operations and maintenance.

He has undertaken various technical audit projects including inspection of various TANESCO’s power generation, transmission and distribution systems. He is also experienced in the inspection of buildings’ electrical installations.

He holds a BSc. degree in Electronics and Telecommunication engineering from St. Joseph University in Tanzania and has also undergone various training including electronics circuit design, microcontroller coding, surface mounting (SMD) soldering, running of pick and place machinery, trouble shooting and testing of prototype finished electronics product.
