Ms. Jackline has more than 8 years’ experience as public relations officer with specialization in mass communication, education and community development.

She has an extensive experience in community liaising and development.

She has been senior liaison officer for several projects such as Murongo/Kikagati hydro power project, Murongo -Kyerwa District, Kagera-Tanzania, Kyerwa District Council, Kagera -Tanzania and Fafo Institute for Applied International Studies, Uganda. Jackline holds Bachelor of Development Studies from Mbarara University of Science and Technology, Uganda.

She has also attended several short course trainings on different development programs and among being the World Vision Lweru Area Development Program (LADP), Bukoba-Kagera -Tanzania.
